- Media licensing and usage rights are governed by our separate service agreement, terms of use, invoice terms, or licensing policy. This Privacy Policy does not transfer copyright ownership or expand usage rights beyond the license granted for the specific project.
- If media includes personally identifiable individuals, private personal items, license plates, security-sensitive information, or other sensitive details, clients should notify us before or during the shoot so reasonable precautions can be taken.
