4. Media, Property Images, and Project Deliverables

Because Curb Appeal Photography provides visual media services, our work may involve creating, storing, editing, hosting, delivering, and displaying property-related media.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• We may use property photos, videos, drone images, 3D tours, floor plans, virtual staging, and related media to complete and deliver the services requested by the client.
• We may retain copies of project files, edited media, invoices, booking records, delivery records, and related communications for business, legal, quality control, portfolio, licensing, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes.
• Media licensing and usage rights are governed by our separate service agreement, terms of use, invoice terms, or licensing policy. This Privacy Policy does not transfer copyright ownership or expand usage rights beyond the license granted for the specific project.
• If media includes personally identifiable individuals, private personal items, license plates, security-sensitive information, or other sensitive details, clients should notify us before or during the shoot so reasonable precautions can be taken.
